Victoria is a beautiful and cozy city where I would love to have my escape from the busy and stressful city life for a few days. I have heard of the Butchart Gardens and the high-tea at Fairmont Empress before I really took the visit. Hesitating between Fairmont Empress and this lovely Delta hotel, I chose the latter-which turned out to be a surprise during this trip.
